My laptop, affectionately deemed Dumbledore, is infected with viruses and barely working >< ..
He's got all my programs on it (Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, etc) and ALL OF MY MUSIC!

Anyway, the CP I'm on now has Photoshop..................... I really miss Illustraor :( I need it...

Blaaaaargh. I want to make vectors!!!

School starts on the 22nd... I'm going to whore the macs ASAP..

Austin is in Texas, right? Is that a part of the Art Institute program (like the Art Institute of Pittsburgh or the Art Institute of Atlanta) or is it an independent school. SCAD is private and has its pros and cons.. but a classmate of mine graduated from AI with a degree in Graphic Design and decided to try SCAD out. Just wondering...

Yes, and yes. So far, I like it...kind of. My only gripe is that the education is less focused on fine art and skills. I wanted to learn how to paint correctly, eventually.

Honestly, I shouldn't be so picky. AI is pretty much the only art school out here, unless I'd want to waste time doing gen-ed classes with retarded frat boys and douchebag hipsters at UT.
